At Bostone Pizza, our mission is to prepare the freshest pizza, tastiest stuffed subs, and crisp salads in all of Boston. How do we accomplish this? By doing everything that we do better than anybody else. At Bostone Pizza we do not want to be a good pizzeria, not even a great one... but an exceptional one - producing an exceptional product delivered with exceptional service. It's that simple. We use only the finest, freshest ingredients, gathered each day at the market. And, we have a friendly staff ready to provide you with the best possible service - presenting you with the best pizza, subs and salads while meeting any special request.
At Bostone Pizza, Sicilian pizza is our featured item, and we believe strongly that we have the freshest, lightest, airiest squares to be found anywhere. And here, we have studied and tested and made a science out of making the perfect pizza. At its very heart, a perfect pizza must have a solid foundation - an exceptional crust. We make our own dough daily, on the premises, in small batches to insure freshness. And we have to plan because we let our dough rise to give our crust depth without heaviness. We use only the freshest flour, sugar, salt and oil. And, what would an exceptional pizza be with out the right cheese? We have chosen the perfect blend that achieves an amazing texture and flavor. Our sauce is our own special recipe. No off-the-shelf sauce here. We've perfected our blend of tomatoes, herbs, spices, and oils and with each bite, you will taste the herbs and spices, unlike anything you have had before.
To top it off, we have discovered a variety of incredibly flavorful, fresh, and healthy toppings - with handpicked vegetables and handcrafted sausage and meatballs incorporating top quality meats.
